I turned 30 at the beginning of 2023 so I made it my mission to do 30 crazy things in 2024. New experiences. Life is too short sometimes so make it your mission to say YES!! to crazy and YES!! to yourself 

1.  Sang Karaoke stone-cold sober on a cruise ship

2. Went on a Cunard Cruise and danced to Spice Up Your Life. Seriously Changed my Life. 

3. Played Slots at the Monte Carlo Casino (Lifelong dream to visit) 

4. Took a first class train from Nice to Lyon. August 2024. 

5. Petted some cats in Montenegro, Croatia, Greece and Rome. 

6. Took a Fencing Class 

7. Learned some Italian, German, French and Spanish (Thanks Duolingo!) 

8. Went to Puerto Vallarta and stayed at the Marival Armony, which is an all inclusive adults only resort! Highly recommend! 

9. Flew across the country to see S Club in Toronto. 

10. Cut off all my hair. 

11. Went to 2 concerts in Calgary, alone!

12. Read 22 books in 2024

13. Met my long distance online therapist for the first time in Fort Lauderdale. 

14. Went to the Everglades and saw some gators! 

15. Saw the most incredible Northern Light show outside my house

16. Front row for the play, Beaches at Theatre Calgary. 

17. Joined Hellofresh and spent the first few months cooking healthy meals! 

18. Saw Mel C at the Stampede with one of my best friends! Getting into that club was a wild story!!

19. Threw 3 coins into the Trevi Fountain and made 3 wishes! 

20. Went to Venice and took a gondola along the canals.

21. Went downhill carting at Winsport in Calgary. 

22. Bought a harmonica and learned Piano Man. 

23. Flew to Vegas and saw Pink! live. Also went to a travel agent conference and won a trip to Antarctica. 

24. Went to a medieval feast at the Excalibur hotel. 

25. Flew into Anaheim airport just to go to Disney for a few hours, then spent 2 full days visiting Universal Studios Hollywood! Did all the rides!

26. Stayed at the Loews Hollywood hotel! Dream goal of mine for years. 

27, Saw Turtles in Hawaii! On one of the black sand beaches on the big island! 

28. Woke up at 6am and flew to Vancouver for the 2024 Grey Cup, attended the game and flew home on the same day! Took me 75 minutes to get from downtown Vancouver onto the plane! 

29. Took my cat to Spruce Meadows drive through Christmas lights to see the show. He LOVED it! 

30. Went to a new hot spot place and had my 31st birthday surrounded by family and friends! 

Now that was my list for last year! I didn't have a plan, I'm just always open to new experiences!
